Define how seats work at this event.
¶ Fields
Total seats-Blockeed seats- How many seats are manually blocked.Host Involvement- Is the host considered seated (consuming 1 of the total # of seats) or not for the event.Seating Format-Price- If a ticketed event what is the price of the event.Ticket- What types of tickets are supported, either:- Digital or Printed - Attendees can uise either digital or printed tickets.
- Digital only - Attendees can only use digitial tickets.
- Printed only - Attendees can only use printed tickets.
Clash Enforcement- Is clashing checked when an attendee attempts to join the event, either:- Enabled - The system will flag clashes with this specific event for users. If an attendee attempts to join the event they must choose between the clashing events.
- Disabled - The system will not flag clashes with this event for users. A clashing check will not be conducted when an attendee attempts to join this event.
Seats Open On- The date and time seats are available for taking.Seats Close On- The date and time seats are no longer available for taking.Badge Types- What badge types are allowed to take a seat at the event.Phased Release- Is Phased Release used at this event, either:- Default - The phased release settings defined at higher levels are used for this event. Room Settings will be used if set. If not set then Schedule Settings will be used.
- Enabled - The settings defined at higher levels (Room and Schedule settings) are overridden and the settings defined here will be used for this event.
Phases- The defined phases when seats will be released are provided.

Click to remove a phase.Notice- The message displayed to particpants who are unable to take seats at this time.- Default - The default phased release notice will be used.
- Customise - A custom message will be displayed.
- Disabled - The settings defined at higher levels (Room and Schedule settings) are overridden and Phased Release will not be used for this event.
