
The About menu provides all of the basic information on an event.


Host - The name and badge number of the host. This can be edited using the button.Rename Host - Should the host's name be shown for the event or a custom name.
Custom Name - The name to display instead of the host's name. This is only available if Rename Host is set to Yes, use custom name.Event Name - The name of the event.Game - The game used at the event. This can be edited using the button.Description - The description of the event.Image - An image to represent the event. If a Game has been selected the image will be provided from our game database, but may be overridden as needed.Official Event - Is this an official event. The definition of official is up to the convention to decide and communicate.Event Type - The type of event as chosen from the Types defined under Schedule Types.Min. Age - The requested minimum age of participants.Min. Experience - The requested minimum experience of participants.Teacher Wanted - Is a teacher requested for this event.Lobbies - The selected lobbies that this event will display under.Directions - Any additional directions to locate the event. This field is most important for events held in a room without spaces.
